These records are maintained strictly for compliance, transparency, and consumer protection.
Notice to Buyers, Agents, and Title Companies
While the association makes every reasonable effort to keep these files current, these materials are provided for general informational purposes only. Official estoppels and verified financial payoffs must still be formally requested through the property management office. The association assumes no liability for immediate third-party reliance on electronic copies subject to pending administrative updates.
For internal financial statements, service contracts, and upcoming board agendas, registered owners must log securely into the password-protected Resident Portal.
